She's doing all sorts of fun things - playing peek-a-boo, sticking out her tongue (in fact she just started combining the 2 last night - now when I see her after she 'hides' she has her tongue sticking out!) Her second tooth is just coming through and she has a cold :( which doesn't seem to bother her much, thank goodness! She's just a happy baby.

My awesome friends Claire and Mike had their second baby boy a week and a half ago and here he is at 10 days old! He is so tiny and sweet and absolutely beautiful!

Speaking of sessions, I was so honored to get to meet Cole yesterday. He is so tiny (only 4lbs 10oz when he was born a week ago!) and is absolutely beautiful. He was born 4 weeks early but is so healthy that he didn't have to spend any time in the NICU. Cole's mommy, Corina, has her whole <very interesting!> story here on her blog. Corina is a wonderful mom to (now) 3 boys and she also manages to handle her two businesses, Celebrate Mama and the local Stroller Strides (have I ever told you how much I love Stroller Strides?!).
I'm sure many of you reading this know that feeling you have towards your baby, that pure love, that wow-you-are-amazing-how-are-you-possible. As a photographer and a mom and a person it's really incredible to witness someone else feeling that feeling, that's the best way I can think of to put it, and it's one of the things that makes me *really* *really* love what I do.

Yes, it's the same onesie (that MiMi got her in Charleston) as in a recent post (and yes, K. wore her yellow shirt again too) but I've been wanting to get a shot like this one, just love the little heart...

Katherine loves to see the 'baby angel' in our neighbor's yard when we go for walks. She talks to her, pats her and pets the bunny that she's holding. She also likes her butterflies (wings).
I'm not officially doing sessions right now but I couldn't resist doing some photos of this sweet newborn girl. She's actually 6 weeks and just beautiful. It took a while for her to decide to sleep but finally she did, in a basket and wearing her 3rd generation baptism gown.
My friends Stacey and Adam welcomed their baby boy a week and a half ago and I was lucky enough to get to take some photos of him this past weekend! He was truly sweet and amazing.
