Welcome, Baby Sydney!

Sydney Elizabeth is here!  She was born on Monday, April 21st at 2:07 p.m. and weighed 8lbs, 13oz and was 20.75 inches long.  She is absolutely perfect!

Sorry for the delay in posting - it's been a crazy week!  More on that later, for now, here's Sydney...

Life Reflected Photography - I love Chelsey's work, plus we have lots of connections - she lives in Fairbanks, Alaska and my mom lived there for a while when she was young.  Our 2 year olds are almost the same age and we had the same due date for our second babies - but she had hers last week!  Congratulations, Chelsey, she is beautiful!!

No baby yet...

Still waiting for the little one to make her appearance.  I thought for sure I was going into labor on Monday, I had contractions all day and they were getting longer and closer together but never more intense.  I went to bed and they stopped completely.  Have only had a couple more since! 

Meanwhile I haven't taken many photos because my camera has been packed and ready to go to the hospital.  I did take a couple yesterday for the 52 Weeks project, check them out if you're interested, hopefully next week's will have an additional subject!!

And introducing my 52 Weeks Blog!  I'm participating in a forum where you post pics of you and your child/children/pets/husband/etc. every week to try to get in the pics a little instead of always being behind the camera.  Most weeks will be total snapshots!  And I'm also planning on posting daily pics of the baby there.  Stop on over if you're interested, I've already put up 4 weeks worth!
